The people of Grassfield in the West region of Cameroon, a country of Africa speak different local languages or dialects and they use a lunar calendar of 8 days cycle.

Bamileke Calendar is a standalone application;  it displays the days of a bamileke language in the commonly used Greece calendar.

When you launch the app, it displays the calendar of the current month and highlights the date of today. You can then simulate the calendar of any month and year for a selected local language, and schedule your events accordingly.

This African calendar app is designed, developed, and maintained by ASENGO TECHNOLOGIES (www.asengo.info).

The languages in the app are : 

Bafung, Fefe, Ghomala, Gomba, Medumba, Mengaka, Nguemba, Nguimba , Yemba, Baloum, Fondjomekwet, Bamena, Deunkouop/Bandenkop, Bangou, Bangoua, Bapa, Ngombale, Batchingou(Ndaʼndaʼ), Fotouni, Batoufam, Ngiemboon, Nweh(Lebialem), Batié, Nda’Nda, Fussep, Bahouan, Mmuock(Mmock) Bazou.

    I just a payment of $4.99 today September 19, 2025 at about 5:10pm pacific time. I wanted a copy of Yemba Calender 2025 (Yemba Dschang Cameroun). After the payment, I was asked to download and after the download I could not figure out how to go to the calendar

    • Thank you for your support.
      If you open the page again in Microsoft Store you will see the button Open that will allow you to open the downloaded app.
      Or you just search up for Bamileke Calendar in the list of the installed apps of your computer.
